R7 Riley unconditionally guarantees your satisfaction.

If it isn't love, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or a refund.

• Merchandise must be returned within 30 days. Merchandise returned after 30 days must be approved by R7 Riley and will only qualify for store credit.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
• Merchandise returned without the original security tag, or a damaged security tag, may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a refund. A 15% restocking fee may apply to items returned without the appropriate hang tags.
• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Final Sale items may not be returned.
• R7 Riley monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
• Domestic orders over $250 qualify for free returns and exchanges, otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping.
